"CHEAST"......huh.Yeah bro absolutley,twice a week is a good thing,Just space it out out 3-4 days.
I do 16 sets for chest twice a week and though that was more then usual but this guy at my gym does 30 sets only once a week though
maybe for a change of pace read up on Westside Barbell methods or something....those guys dont have small chests or small benches, and they bench a few times a week....I did speed bench with bands yesterday, say 225x2 reps for 12 sets every minute, at top its heavier because of bands make reps explosive...today my lifts were mainly olympic and power lifts but ended with some DB incline 5x12 supersetted with face pulls....friday ill do max effort heavy bench 6x2 or so with more rest between sets....so i might be hitting chest 3 times a week, but one lift per workout, and changing up variables of speed and load...
