im guesssing americans have a manufacturing standard, right?

find a place which sells them online, and buy them in bulk, but make sure they all have that standard...in europe they use the CE mark of approval, it means each condom is electronically tested, and each batch burst tested

Different countries manufacture their condoms dependin on what size the men are generally out there apparently
