ok here's the deal post your one rep max and weight in which you weighed in at the time. No we all know virtually everyone will lie but if you choose to lie then just don't post up.

510 197 benched 340

To me this is terrible, bench has never been my strong suit. When I started lifting I could barely bench 85 pounds. After years of hard work and some juice (well alot) I have at least made it to respectable land.

Also to me the bench is hardly a measure of one's overall strength, deadlift squat now they tell the true story.

But this is fun for chatters

You'll laugh at mine. 6'3 220 bench 250. I never could bench much but my chest is bigger then 99% of elite.

Chest strenght is not necessarily associated with muscle size. In a way i'm glad i am not a big bencher, it lets me build big pecs without having to blow out my shoulders with years of 400lb benches. Then there's guys with the most flat but muscular chests that i've seen pressing 405 for 8 with no warmup.

At my heaviest 5'9" 205bls 355lbs. I'm 190lbs and definately at least putting up 50lbs less.

you look alot heavier.

I've never attempted a 1 rep max bench. I have done 315x6 on incline before at a bodyweight of about 225-230.

It's probably more like 194lbs or so but definately not over 200lbs anymore. I have small bones like Flex Wheeler you could say. But I was bigger than I am now although I think I am looking my best now.

small bones will do it, people always think I am 215 or so not 198 range.

6'3 190 1 RM max was 260 towards the end of last year I was disappointed

should be higher now but I only test it once a year or so, don't want to mess my shit up because I don't do singles often and form deteriorates

Not a big bencher here either did 330 @ around 240. I was drunk too. I know, stupid. Thats the only way you'll get me to do a 1 rep max. Have fucked up both rotators and never go below a 5 rep.

I've pushed up 455 for 3 at a bodyweight of 220 before... but just do hammerstrength machines and dumbell/cable flies... and sometimes weighted dips, for chest now. Benching hurts my shoulders now.

That's how it is. I've regularly done squatting sets of 10 with over 500lbs. I see myself possibly not squatting anymore within the next 10 years do to knee pain.

5'6" 175 benched 315 once....

ONCE!! (hey im a lil guy but ill fuck u up right quick, dont get that shit twisted)

5'11", body weight 198.25, pushed 430 with a pause. took first in the bench competition. I weigh more now and push a little less. Going for hypertrophy
