I was watching a documentary about charles atlas last night, that guy looked good, he weighed 180 at 5'10 so small compared to todays monsters but his symmetry and dimensions were excellent 17 inch biceps at 180 is pretty good and he had a good proportion. I have to say i prefer that look to some of todays guys

is that the same guy that was a wrestler, b/c if it was he had to be more than 180. this guy was fuckin huge and looked like he could compete in the nationals, his damn back, shoulders and traps were freaky.

No, he's one of the granddaddys of bodybuilding that ran the famous "98 pound weakling getting sand kicked in face" ads in the back of "Boy's Life" and other magazines.

yea i remember that old guy, he was never that big, but than again neither was anyone else back than.
