Changing the Needle?

Change Needles ...

Once you pass your initial needle through the rubber stopper, and extract the gear, the needle you just used is now dull/made blunt. Normally, one would use a large gauge needle (18 by 1.5in) to extract the gear, this way it gets done quickly. Then the needle is change to something a bit more tolerable to shoot with (23g, or simliar). Hope this helps.

This is the best way, however if it's not an option, then you are
ok with using the same needle/syringe, it will probabaly just be
a little more difficult to pierce the skin, but it will get the job done.

Changing the pin is also more sterile, and using the fresh pin will result in less scar tissue. Worth a few pennies I think.

well i use a 18gauge needle to draw out the gear...esspecially with amps. and i really dont want to stick that bad boy in myself.

An 18 is like a roofing nail. I don't know how anyone could do a preload!

No shit! I use an 18 for drawing & a 23 for injecting. The first time I used an 18 for drawing I looked at it & thought "holy shit, some people actually inject with this?!" Man that would be a pianfull fucking injection! That's larger or close to the same size as the little short ones they use for donating blood isn't it?
