I do that too lol. Can't lose any precious saucilito.
Pull the plunger back to clear all juice from the syringe. Tap plunger body to get all air bubbles to the top. Unscrew syringe and then press the plunger until the juice is almost about to spill out. Screw on the fresh needle you are going to inject with and BAM! Gtg.
