Chain size

Ok, does anyone know what the chain set consists of from elitefitnesssystems?? I know its 5/8 chain, 5 feet each, but what about the chain that connects that chain to the bar? Does anyone know the size and link size of that? Or anything else I would need to know thanks!!

One last thing, does anyone have a picture or video of them doing exercises(bench, squat..whatever), with chains??
