I was told by someone who had no real vested interest in CGP that it was the best creatine on the market in his opinion.
But I've seen a bunch of threads on this site ripping on it.
It's expensive stuff. $67.00 for 1200 grams.
Is it worth it? Is it good stuff? I want a quality product but I do NOT want to compromise my health AT ALL.
I don't like the way creatine monohydrates have made my stomach feel. I've heard CGP is also easier on the stomach.
Bottom line: What's the best creatine I can buy that is a quality, non-harmful product. I'm not into steroids and crap like that.
