you guys are nuts, celltech and nitrotech are hardcore products, as I saw on a label claim ones:
"Jay Cutler is huge , don't you want to be HUGE!" "RIPPED MASS IN NO TIME" lol there you go.
Word, Muscletech is one of the worst proteins I have ever tasted. I would rather drink cement mix any given day than that stuff. Plus my farts would clear a room, okay if you were a construction worker outside, college classroom with hotties, very bad idea.
Diet and training will determine results on (and off) cycle much more than some Cell Tech or Nitro Tech. If you want to gain, then eat and train to gain.
You will need a protein supplement, but honestly, just about any will do.
the intake of massive amount of creatine on cycle is only going to cause more bloat. ur already gunna be strong as shit off the juice.
save creatine for pct to help keep some weight. there have been alotta post about creatine with pct and how u can actually gain weight along with igf-1
optimum nutrtion protein is good. but saving money is not always better there are some cheap protein powders that are nothing but garbage. and there are some expensive ones that are nothing but garbage. u gotta figure it out but i like ON.
Opt.Nutrition powder protein is good, relatively inexpensive use it on and off a cycle. Creatine holds your water, would not use it during a cycle. After cycle a little creatine helps my joints and gives me a little more ATP conversion, ie. I pump-out a few more reps.
skip the creatine(cell tech), but use the nitro tech, its just whey protein and you need that pwo anyways, there's just less expensive brands to buy. So next time just shop around and you'll find 5lb jugs for the same price, just more dinero in your pocket.
Cell Tech is completely worthless. Its just a stupid marketing gimmick. You might as well pour sugar into a glass of water and drink that. Personally, I don't think creatine is that great anyway. There are also much better and cheaper creatines that you could buy.
