So, some smart guys have suggested to ban cells from planes, subways etc (they mdid it in a NYC tunnel)

People shouldn't be allowed to drive and use their cellphones at the same time

That doesn't mean passengers shouldn't use them

They don't allow people to use phones in gym bathrooms anymore because of the camera phones. Some gyms dont even allow cellphones in the workout area.

u got that right.. yet drivers can use their cellphones too that's what the earplug are for and beside w/o cellphone how are we suppose to call 911 or for help if were in the middle of nowhere.

That's just silly. The planes, subways etc are more likely to be the targets, not where the dude with the celly is.
