look violating her trust respect and space is not right...
if you are going to stoop to the level of wanting to bug her cell phone then it is time you sat and talked to her..you get "nothing is going on" well there is reasons to why you feel like there is...so you need to explain yourself and if you still feel like she is cheating or what ever than you need to seperate

Technically yes it's possible. In the RCMP, they had this device that came in a big suit case. It was made for digital and analog communications. You needed a very good reason to use it and it was usually handled by a trained agent. You could stay in a mini-van outside and pick-up most calls in the area.

The device I'm talking about is cool since it will pick up digital and analog, cellphone or regular wireless phones linked to a ground line.

So whats the story? If your getting a divorce why you worried? Knives are messy but more artsy...but I'm not sugesting anything.

cus we are still married and still live together and she says nothign is going on yet something tells me there is...i mean if we are able to do our own thing during the process fine...just let me know.....but its my assumption until we are completely divorced we are still together ya know?
Are you sure that what you want to do isn't against the law? If I found out that someone I was seeing hacked my phone, I would make sure that he is charged with every law that relates to that matter.

we started filing on our own....but today i told her we are using tax return to hire a lawyer....she has taken 3mths so far doing it herself and has nothign turned in. we are still living together cus we just bought our townhome and in the contract you cant sell during 1st year...so we have to wait til june before we can sell. as far as being against the law....breaking into your won things cant be illegal...its as much my phoen as it is hers...joint account i paid for the phone i pay for 1/2 the bill
I know the US Marshals can do it. I was in a mistaken identity shakedown in the late 90's and got interrogated. They had my cell phone calls recorded and documented. Those dudes have no sense of humor btw.
