Cell Phone Help!!

Ok, I want to get a new phone but not sure if I should stick with Sprint (and get an additional $150 savings off a new phone) or switch to verizon. I know I either want the Palm Treo 650 or 700....or the Blackberry new version. Does anyone have any reccomendations? Differences? Problems? Please advise!
