It's all diet related.

The only way to heal the damage done is to remove the gluten from his diet and beyond the gluten he must avoid the garbage in most packaged foods like: modified food starch, hydrolyzed or texturized vegetable or plant protein, malt, soy products, artificial binders and fillers.

So basically nothing out a can, box or jar.

Once his body heals he'll start to absorb the nutrients in his food.

Ya he already knows what he can and cant eat, I was just wondering if a low dose of test or something else may help his situation..he cheats on his diet every now and then, this causes severe stomach and intestinal pain..I just feel sorry for the kid thats all I want to see him at a healthy 170lbs, he is actually my electrical apprentice so this will also benifit me as well :)
