slow and steady. I am finally back to eating semi normal foods (gotta stick to protein shakes and softer foods cause stomach is still irratible) so i am able to keep my weight steady. Doctors say only good things and think i am making progress. I am starting to see the side effects however....very pale skin, hair is thinning.
