yes, that's from first hand experience. i went to a uro complaning of low sex drive and he pulled out this syringe and a something to sign off clearing them/him from any damages if i get 'injured' from it. it was caverject. he said it was important to rule out any non-hormonal issues. anyway, he injects this stuff into me and just a little while after the shot, while still there in the room (he had me waiting), i get a hard on that i could have hung a 50lb dumbell off of. but that's not the worst of it, i couldn't get it to go away for the life of me! i'm not kidding in the least. i had to cover up with my jacket because i couldn't put it back in my pants to get home. i had it for the next 3 hours +, almost 4 actually. i remember being scared actually because i thought it'd do damage just from being erect for too long (>4 hours is not recommended). that's a very true story bro.

I researched this heavily for one client that wanted to open a chain of impotence clinics. Caverject sucks... it is very effective... but very painful. Trimix is much beter... 3 vaso dialators and no pain.
