Well If you would like to gain a lot of fat then I would live on Pizza and Burger King....But thats just my taste though....If you prefer cattle feed then go right ahead

Click to expand... Yeah. I Have, you can make a cattle-feed shake that makes you HYOOGE. Here is how you do it. Take 6 Heaping Scoops of Hay - add these to a blender Add 6 Ice cubes Add 4 oz of 30% fat, uncooked ground round Blend of FRAPPE for 30 seconds ------------------- Let it stand at Room Temperature for 3 days to ferment. Drink post workout, its great for kickstarting recovery! NFG
