i'm not sure what do you mean by post workout supp if you are taking about a whey prot shake for post workout yes is indispensable, casein it's great at any time specially at night time before bed
Sorry I should have explained better..i mean a post workout like halo our dark matter not just protien..and I was thinkin casin just at night..but is it really that much better than an isolate or a concentrate and isolate blend?
