What you guys recomend for a good tasting high quality casein shake, im going to be drinking it sometime before bed and I wanted something that isnt gonna bloat or make me shit the bed.

I use Optimum Nutrition's Casein... it tastes pretty good (chocolate, banana, or vanilla)... it's pretty thick if you don't use enough water, but that's the nature of casein.

X2 - Make sure you use enough water with this or it will clump up and get all nasty.
