Carth VS. Satch: QUESTION

Since I now got tendonitis of the right shoulder. And I will not be able to train this whole week. Does this mean that I will lose muscle and/or definition and or vascularity etc etc for this Sundays posing pictures?

I mean...I'm still eating right and drinking my water and all that other shit. But I just cannot move this arm for shit! So training this week? NO WAY!!!!
 
I don't think you will have muscle loss in a week. Keep eating right and drinking water and things should be ok. You'll be fine for the show next week. Good luck man.

Hmm....well I see what you mean.

How messed up is your shoulder? Maybe if you wait until Saturday, you'll be good enough to do a light upper bodyworkout. Not sure how bad it is though.

If anything, you could probably do some curls and tricep pushdowns....
 
You won't lose muscle mass or definition in a week. In fact, you might look better depending on what exercises you are doing. I would stop working out your legs anyways. Doing squats, hack squats, leg presses this close to the competition might make you look a little watery. If you work out your legs stick to leg extensions and things like that.

Just try to do a light pump up before your pictures. You shouldn't have any problems.

I'll be fine by Sunday. Its only Wednesday. Still have plenty of time.
 
I feel for you carth I have the shit in my left elbow, I rub icy hot on it before and after the gym and even just sitting around. Seems to help a tad, but its still sore. I've decided to just fight through the pain and say fuck it, no pain no gain.

Last year I did train my fucking ass. And I did suffer a lot!!! Hormonally!!! Never again do I want to go through that. Tried it this year. But dropped out of that shit 2 weeks ago after being on for 6 weeks of hell.
