No kidding bro! I have seen his pics and I was very unimpressed. It's funny how almost everyone on this board thinks this guy is some kind of god! I have to give the guy credit though, it seems like he busts his ass in the gym.

I do think it should be a requisite that anyone talking smack on a thread like this, should have to put their own pics up, and that goes to everyone, I'm not trying to single you out.

Thanks Satch.....I saw he was running his mouth to you in some post also! I just have a hard time respecting anyone that acts like that towards Veterans who have fought to keep even that piece of crap city of Detroit free so they can keep killing each other! I try to be cool with everyone and give them a chance but he just came out flaming me! Bro your right about the Detroit quote I made it was stupid! The only reason I mentioned it is because every damn year we battle you for the title of "Murder Capital"!! Isn't that something to be proud of!!! The only difference with us older guys is we can still beat some MF ass but after I'll shake their hand and buy them a beer instead of these young punks that can't take it and have to shoot the MF that whipped his ass! Appreciate you being a man about it..(karma to ya)...but please check out detroit monday/tuesday night for the Major League Baseball All Star Game.....It is plenty safe anywhere here.....(and just a note: but just northwest of detroit is bloomfield hills/rochester/etc. area---the 248 area code---its the 3rd highest income per capita area code in the United States......Very nice area...great golf, great gyms......(I DONT LIVE THERE---JUST HEARD ABOUT IT)

i think that both these guys are a class act no matter how you look at it. both look better than 90% of us. and since i am posting, i will show some pics, nothing to brag about, but it's a long way from when i was 'recovering' earlier this year as most of you already know. arms are already almost half inch bigger now, these pics are quite a few weeks old. 5 weeks left to go on deca/eq only, dropped the test a while ago.

Hey I will try to check it out if I'm home. It's the same way in New Orleans it's pretty safe if you know what areas to stay away from but it has gotton worse and you can get killed anywhere. We have a place like Bloomfield Hill also called Mandeville/Covington where I lived for 4 years but it's so damn expensive! I just took up golf myself and love it even though I suck.
