thats what i do carnation packs 27g of carbs, 20g sugar, 5 g protein , 1 g of fat

mix that with like 30 g whey thats pretty good postworkout with water right ?

I've done it. It is hardcore iron fortified though. Has the same aftertaste as blood

SO if you don't mind that then it should be good. I think the carbs are mostly maltodextrin too so that is a thumbs up
