i am about to start on the crumb diet. the problem is that i usually do cardio in the morning, but where i live it is now dark, and getting cold at 6 am. so what should i do for cardio, should i just do it at the gym after my workouts(in the evening) or what?
 
Unless your going to do sprints, when you do cardio has no real affect on fat loss. Burn mostly fat during the workout and glucose will be used after, burn glucose during and fat will be used after. Energy sources usually balance out in the end.
 
Fortunately for you, this is your lucky day...they have these 2 inventions that I think might help you....an alarm clock and a sweat shirt :)

J/k.....I don't mind running in the dark in the morning, I just can't make myself get up. I REALLY need to start doing it in the morning again but for now I settle on cardio after I lift (usually around 7pm is when I get to the cardio) and then on Sat/Sun morning I swim in the mornings.
