both are wonderful, i take both daily, but compare/contrast? too broad a broad, Lawd.

agree.

once you familiarize yourself with the products then asking about specific uses and/or metabolic impacts should allow you to decide which you want.

you can of course use both, they work through wholely different biochemical pathways (in the areas where there impacts cross-- ie fat loss)
 
I use both,

I don't take Cb every day, just about 4 mornings a week. i think of my B as primarily to allow mw to work harder though my workout. For me, I feel i need to take a break every 5 days or so, then when i take the CB after my day off i feel the effects again. for me personally, i don't want to get to the point where i am having to take 3+ CB a day to feel the effects.

I take my sesapure with meals.
 
so the dosage i should take while bulking (sesapure) ... is? 3 daily? 6 daily? i couldnt understand the directions...
