If you're using Trex then the most common way to use CB is to take it before AM Cardio. Then use the Trex for after eating your first meal. The other way is to use the CB as a bump for the Trex if you feel like taking another Trex is too much. So you'd take the Trex, let's say after breakfast, and then later add a CB rather than a 2nd dose of Trex.
