hey guys would doing cardio every morning on a bulking cycle diminish my gains,im running test at 500mg's a week, and am trying to keep fat gain down

Will cardio EVERY MORNING hinder gains while bulking? YES
Will cardio 2-3 TIMES A WEEK hinder gains while bulking? NO......it will actually benefit you in the long run by strengthening your heart and getting it in peak performance for the extra weight that you will put on. Its a very good thing to do cardio a few times a week.

Low impact cardio, even done everyday, would not dampen your gains.

low impact cardio(including walking) will NOT hinder gains and will gain you bonus points in cardio vascular risk reduction. I say once again that this myth that it will hinder gains is just that , a myth created by lazy bbrs to avoid cardio! :)

And, please, let's not compare low impact cardio done for short periods durig the week with running marathons. Anyone remember what ben johnson looked like when he won(and lost) his gold medal?

After reading tons of stydies and info and real-case examples of people's cardio routines and results, I'd agree that everyone seems to disagree and it can get very frustrating.
In my own experience, I have found that very low intensity cardio (walking) done every day will burn fat, while sprinting at short bursts ONCE a week will do wonders to rev up the metabolism and at only once per week, will not interfere with muscle gains. In the past, I've always done 30 minutes to an hour, once or twice a day, every day, mid-intesity, to reduce my waist. It's always worked, but I've always lost muscle size and strength in the process. I'm in week 4 of lo-intesity cardio with one day of sprinting and so far have lost about 2 inches off the waist and am still maintaining my bench press strength (recorded weekly to keep track)... so far, so good. Another factor will be of course, diet and AAS, which will also affect your progress one way or another. I'm currently using a relatively small amount of prop/tren (100mg each, EOD) and eating 6 small hi-protien, low carb meals per day -- which is apparently helping quite a bit...

If your diet is correct, cardio is not necessary during a bulking cycle. Yes, it can hinder your gains. I think a lot of consideration should be given to your metabolism, your goal and your level of cardio before starting the program. If you have been doing a lot of cardio over a long period of time, it will not have as much of an impact than if you haven't and you want to sart now. For myself as an example, I only do cardio when absolutely necessary. I have also found it beneficial to seperate the cardio workout from your weight training.

This is a good sensible answer. Diet right and weight train with intensity and you won't need cardio. A little cardio a few times a week won't hurt you, but it won't help you either, so why waste your time. Speaking of myths, its a myth that one must do "cardio" to have a healthy CV system.:)
