Cardio while on V.S. while off...

Since Cardio is extremely catabolic if done for too long, does cardio while on lessen the risk of a catabolic effect?

i loose muscle very easily running, but if im on a test e/eq cycle i technically should have enough free test running in me to help save muscle during cardio right??

Keep your protein high along with your cycle and should be able to lean out. I don't do anything cardio unless I'm on. I lose way too much muscle if I do.

same here, if i run i loose muscle......

protein is always high, i gotta do my "ab" cycle...

1 month ECA only,
1 month ECA + Yohimbine Topical + Cardio
Then CARDIO WHILE ON =]
 
as an endo, have to do cardio to keep my metabolism goin strong..not a ton but 20 or 30 minutes 3 times a week..or maybe swim some laps

i def could be considered an endo/meso mix...

i need to get my cardio in, thank god test is on the way =]

I guess I should've said I'm an ecto and cardio is just a killer for that hard earned muscle I built.
 
Whata you running now? Wasnt your last cycle 500mg test 400 EQ? How'd that turn out for you? that was my last cycle and loved it. i'll dont think i'll run a cycle w/o EQ.
