cardio while on test

im entering week 2 of of test,fina cycle. I was wondering how i go do some cardio to help me some bloat and fat but also without hindering my gains, any help with this, whats the best way to do this, thanks
 
i'd suggest drinking quite a lot of water (~2gals/day), as well as watching your sodium intake.

for cardio, just do some low intensity (60% of max heart rate) for like 30 mins, 2-4x/wk.

i just started a cycle and this is what i'm doing btw.
 
Your diet and water intake will play a larger part in how much water you retain while on your cycle than the amount of cardio you do. Optimus B's advice is solid...
 
I'm doing Test Enanth 400mg/week
Deca 400mg week
D-bol 35mg ED


I've been doing 45 mins. of cardio 4 x week. With a clean diet, reduced sodium and tons of water. Bloat is a at a minimum. It won't affect your gains if you eat lots of quality protein and clean carbs.
