Cardio while bulking.

Just wanted to get an idea of what most of you do as far as cardio goes while bulking. How many days per week and time do you guys spend on a treadmill or bike? To minimalize catabolism would it be wiser to walk at a fast pace for 30 min or so, or run for 15?
 
take a brisk walk, preferrably 1st thing morning empty stomach, just get to the point where you are right between a jog and a walk.. Like the old people do... LOL Do this at least 3x per week for at least 30 min..
It'll help with recovery and keep the fat in check while not eating away at muscle..
 
youll get a diff answer from everyone. it also depends if you're going for straight mass or lean muscle mass. my next cycle is a lean mass builder, so im going to do 3 days of cardio for 30-45 min sessions or doing it for 15 min after every workout (5 times a week).
 
like jmt said, everyone has a different opinion. even when bulking i do cardio 20min 3 times per week, but I am not naturally skinny. so it depends on your body type, if you are naturally thin, and are thin now, then dont do any cardio
