Cardio while all "juiced up".....

I'm three weeks into my anavar cutting cycle and so far things are going pretty well. I do cardio 4x a week after waking up and slaming down a shake. Since my strength is already up and I would like to lose more bf quicker would it be a wise idea to start running on a completely empty stomach then slam a shake down as soon as I'm finished running instead of before??
 
yes. I pop a caffeine pill right before doing cardio when done first thing in the morning. Shake/breakfast after.

Tzan what type of anavar are you using? How is the 30mgs doing for holding on your lbm? What type of diet are you on?

Mavy, what does taking a caffeine pill do for you before cardio?

50mg efedrine pre a.m cardio. 5 times a week a.m cardio followed by 40g cfm whey, and 20-30g carbs. wait half hour than eat a meal.

train as usual.

wanna get fancy??? throw in a t3 ramp and clens somewhere in teh middle.

I disagree with this statement. Cardio 4x/week plus wieghts, plus diet, plus var = no need for 6x/week.
 
I'm using 50gm a day of the spanish generics. So far I'm into my fourth week and my strength gains are up while my bf is down. I think 4x a week of cardio is enough(considering that my diet is in check and I also lift 4 out of every 6 days). I ran on a completly empty stomach today and think I'm going to continue doing this way for a couple of weeks and see were I'm at. Thanks for the replies.
 
I'm using 30mg british dragon, 4th week, cardio 5x's, bf% dropped after 2 weeks of cardio on empty stomach when i first wake up. keep it up!
