cardio twice a day

does anyone ehre do cardio twice a day as a part of their diet? im not doing a show or anything but ive been thinking if i do 25 min in the morning to get my metabolism going for the day, why not do it again at night before bed? anyone tried this? i will be doing this with no AAS either just a good diet
 
I did it a few times but found it very catabolic
 
trying to get to around 8% then just maintain. im probably like 17-18% right now...got down from 20 to about 11 last year on a very low carb/high fat/high protein diet with 60 min walking in the morning 5 days a week, but lost too much leg size and strength, so im looking to try something different this time and see how my body responds
 
I found during the contest diet it wasnt about cardio, mainly the diet. 85% of the fat i lost to get down to 4% bf was through diet alone, I didnt do any cardio for the last 4-6 weeks
 
Like NS said, it's mostly diet. If you want to accelerate it with cardio, go with long stretches of medium-low cardio (65% MHR) for an hour solid. Keeping the intensity down will use a higher ratio of fat.
