Cardio Supplements...

Has anyone heard of Cardio Factor? It's made by Adaptx Labs. It's supposed to be pretty impresive when it comes to enabling you to go harder for longer before exhaustion. Itsupposedly is the only product that conains Resveratrol, which I guess can be found in wine and somehow can increase your cardio output. Anyway I wanted to know if anyone has heard of it and has an opinion on it before I purchase. I am curious how well it works and if buying some Beta-Alanine from P.P. would be just as good if not better. Beta Alanine at least seems to be proven. Anyway just thought I would throw that out there, Im sure someone with more knowledge then myself will be able to point me in the right direction.

yeah, I've heard of it. look at the ingredients..it's a nice formulation. I just buy a bottle of resveratrol and some L-Carantine (along with some other stuff) not sure if it improves cardio or not..I do a 14-mile run once a week and i look for every edge I can get. at this point I try to focus on recovery products since I beat the hell out of myself on a daily basis. the beta-alanine from PP looks good too, probably something I'll try in the future.

I love beta alanine. PPs would be a great choice. An even better choice would be MAN Body Octane if your looking for BA and some extras. BO is my new alltime favorite supp. My endurance is ridiculous since loading up on BO.

My favorite choice for Beta Alanine is Molecular Nutrition, because I HATE the tingles... but other than that, MAN's Body Octane as SL mentioned is the shit. No other endurance product can touch it.

For endurance supps I'd go with the following:

BCAAs
Beta Alanine
Creatine (yes, it enhances endurance)
Cordyceps ---- Not too popular, but ridiculous nonetheless

They are a little late to the ball game man.

Sustain Alpha
^^^^^^^^^^ PP has perfected the Art of Resveratrol delivery and put it in a topical to give a much much higher conversion rate.

I got big discounts on the product so pm me if you want to try it.

Does it help with endurance?
(WO/2007/049796) RESVERATROL AND/OR GRAPE LEAF EXTRACT AS I. A. ENDURANCE IMPROVER, ANTI-AGING AGENT, MUSCLE STRENGTH IMPROVER
SpringerLink - Journal Article

Well the studies are out there to say it does. Some would argue that is only works for old people. HMMM I think not.

Interesting vid, but that test is assuming that those two mice are of the same exact physical fitness and endurance level. There are too many variable incorporated into that type of test to make the results noteworthy.

yes but if you read the links above the same study was done on hundreds of mice. I think that vid was just taking to out of a large study and showing it.
