Cardio- Running or playing squash?

Which would be better to do?

I would favour sqaush more in favour of losing alot more cardio.. Would any of you agree?

Let's say you run for 30min compared to playing a 30min game of squash.. Do you think I would burn more calories and drop the bf a little more?

I think squash would be more fun and thus keep your interest up. Running can get boring over time and then you will get tired of the same thing and be less responsive to keep it up.
 
What are your goals, summer beach look or lean and muscle more the bodybuilder look ? If you want the beach look play squash(not bashing it) is fine. The way to get lean as per bodybuider look, is walking in the gym on a treadmill at a raised elevation. To burn fat you want raise your heart rate to 75% of it's max and hold it there for at least 20 minutes. if your a causelifter play squash and have fun,because if you don't enjoy it your not going to do it.
