cardio on my cycle??

I am a novice user so forgive me if this is a stupid question. I am getting mixed advice when searching for results. I am on a deca/winny only cycle. I am pretty lean already (10%bf). My goal is to keep about 10 - 12 lbs LBM.
I am using 400mg deca a week (been 3 weeks so far)
I will start the winny in week 5 1ml EOD

My question is.... Should I be doing cardio? I want to stay ripped and not puffy, yet I do want to gain some weight and muscle.

I am eating like a horse, high carbs etc.... About 250g of protein daily.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
 
hey how is it so far? my b/f wants to do deca at 20mmg a week for 10 weeks and winny at 30mg ED for 4 weeks what typ of deca and winny you using? has your bench gone up? and yes do cardio 3 tims a week winny is great for cardio
 
Try to take in 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight. Yes you should do cardio no matter what, it will help keep the heart healthy. 20min/day 3 times a week at a mediyum pace is a good amount and should not have any effect on your muscle gains

I have been doing 2-a-days w/ 20 min cardio and ab work in the A.M. Do I need to get the majority of the protein from food or protein powder? Does it matter? 2 grams per pould is a LOT of protein to try to take in!!

I think he would want to do at least 200mg a week.
I am using the Brovell. I have only been on it 3 weeks, and it is my understanding that deca takes about that long to start kicking in. I am up about 5 lbs and noticeably bigger. I have gained almost a 1/4" on my arms. My bench is going up, but I am coming off a recent shoulder seperation so it is hard to tell.

Anybody else have opinions?

I try to get most of my protein from whole foods and if I can't then the shakes really help. Eat foods like chicken, turkey, Tuna, Rice, red meats, Fish, Oatmeal, Pasta, egg whites, vegtables, Yogurt (plain) Peanut butter, Whole grain bread, shakes ect....

Just to add on cardio, it increases oxygen to the muscles, in tern your workout intensity will increase and you will carry a more fuller rounded look. As far as 2 a days for growth...no, can very quickly lead to overtraining=no growth, 30min cardio after you train 3 days a week is a more stable path..IMO
 
Anybody else have an opinion on this? I prefer 2-a-day workouts because I have a hard time staying in the gym that long. Does doing cardio after lifting benefit that much more as opposed to A.M. cardio aqnd P.M. lifting?

I agree with 20 min high intensity cardio to increase VO2 max..

I think cardio is important for THAT reason.. But I don't think guys should include "fat burning" cardio during their mass cycles because they want to "keep fat gain minimal."
