I'm all about metal when I train, but for cardio I need something a little "less heavy". White Zombie, The Cult, Motley Crue, Limp Bizkit, Dio, Montrose, Kiss, Metalica, Hagar, G 'N R, STP, Type O Negative etc., etc. are AWESOME to train to ...... I've got metal comin' out my ears! lol

So far, I've got Lil' Kim, Missy Elliot, Ciara, Nelly, Ricky Martin, Fabolous, Jay-Z, Dru Hill, Juelz Santana, Eminem......I've got every TLC disc already.

for gym music and workout music, I recommend european dance music.......

it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for me...

.....and you don't have to tell anyone at the office if u just listen to it on the mp3 player at the gym ....
