I gotta start cutting soon. My lifting schdule is M-W-F and my cardio schedule will be Sun-Tues-Thurs.
I am wondering if there will be any benefit to doing cardio 2x a day on Tues & Thurs. I'm thinking once at noon and once at 7:30 or so after work.
Do you guys think that is overkill?
