forget long distance cardio on most AAS. doesn't mean you can't do cardio, just don't expect to run a 20 minute 5K before and improve on that after.. you will get slower, not faster.
endurance athletes don't use AAS the way bodybuilders do. they will run a low dose of test, some GH, peptides like GW, EPO, blood doping (which is done across the board in all endurance sports). this is exactly the stack lance armstrong got busted for.. he wasn't running tren, dbol, deca, high test dosages, etc.
they don't run 5-10X normal male hormones like we all do. thats what people don't understand
when i was a competitive endurance athlete i ran nothing, i depended on training and diet to win my medals. however they were in small local races.. i could not go to a city like Miami or NYC and compete against the very best and expect to keep up with guys who were running that Armstrong stack. also keep in mind EPO is very difficult to use, the sides can be brutal if not used properly
