Hello All,
Have any of you guys suffered sciatic injuries and what have you done to get rid of the problem? The obvious one is rest first, but what do you do to slowly return to running? I have heard of many footballers etc who have returned to complete fitness despite sciatic injuries, so they are definitely not sports finishing pains. However, what would be the best procedure i.u.o to return to full fitness?
GF is planning to do a half marathon by the end of the year (has done several before and still very fit from using the exercise bike), however worried about "breaking down" from thumping off hard ground for 13 miles again. Anyone?
