First of all what type of cardio do you recomend doing for somebody cutting and wanting to keep their metab up? I have to run right after I lift on two of the days
i cant do anything about it. I have to get up at 5 for work anyways. Also how do I moniter my heart rate and make sure its at 70 % or 95% or whatever rate I choose? Thanks alot for any replies.
