I know everyone has a different metabolic rate and some burn fat faster, and easier than others. I am 6'2", currently up to 219lbs and trying to pack on more with a second bulk cycle of Tren Acetate, and Test Enan for 8 weeks. I am going to run Winny and Test Prop for a cutter after that but I'm just wondering, what is the best cardio for some of you guys? I'm really worried about losing a lot of the size I've put on while bulking. If I can get up to around 235/240lbs I'll be fine b/c I can trim down to like 225 or 220 and still be pleased with my size being over 6' tall. I use to run, but get horrible shin splints, I have a heavyweight punching bag, a bike, and a jump rope........Any other suggestions? Thanks bros I appreciate any info/help you can give me.
