Cardio, Fat Burners and Test

Just started my first cycle of Sustanon, but I have a quick question on fat burners.

Stats: around 23 yrs old, 6'1 203-205, looking to gain good size

I have some troublesome fat around the mid section and reduces the apperance of my abs. Its not like a gut, but it is bothersome.

I was planning to get on some thermo-lean hardcore during my sust cycle, but then I was advised by a buddy of mine not to do so, because it might diminish the effects of sustanon. Thermo does make you loose weight apprently, and therefore it might hurt your gains with sust.

What do you guys think?

Also, I want to reduce my cardio a bit because I am tiring to put on some size. do you guys think 4/week around 20-25 minutes, is too little? Should I up that a bit?

Look into some Cardio Heat or some Xplosive Burn at www.proteabody.com and it can be stacked with Lean Fast and TargeX Heat and TargeX Burn are both good topical deliveries for the midsection.

well usually putting on size and losing fat around the midsection need to be done seperatly. so choose what you want, to be lean or to bulk

you could always bulk then lean out - your call

Your cardio routine all depends on what your heart rate is, and how long you hold it there.

Try getting your BPM to 75% of max (220-age for a rough estimate of max) and holding it there for 25 min, with a 5 min cooldown.

It is certainly possible but not easy especially when you r fairly low in BF % to begin with. This is the holy grail of BBing. I dont recommend it. Use gear to put on muscle and save the fat loss attempts for off cycle with fat burners such as Xplosive Burn. Most end up with mediocre results when they try both bc they dont have their diet dialed in.

I cant believe no one else has said this yet. Diet is the key to all your goals. You are what you eat my friend. Guardian is correct, it is very hard to get good results when trying to achieve multiple goals. Simplify them, bulk or cut? Then diet and train accordingly for each goal.
 
If only it was so easy:

Starting out with a semi out of shape somewhat fat body

Training hard and bulking

Then cutting up to shreads

-All in the matter of an 8 to 10 week cycle of juice..

I think everyone who toys with the idea of first trying juice has these grand plans. If only they worked like everyone thinks. It sounds good in theory...
