Just started my first cycle of Sustanon, but I have a quick question on fat burners.
Stats: around 23 yrs old, 6'1 203-205, looking to gain good size
I have some troublesome fat around the mid section and reduces the apperance of my abs. Its not like a gut, but it is bothersome.
I was planning to get on some thermo-lean hardcore during my sust cycle, but then I was advised by a buddy of mine not to do so, because it might diminish the effects of sustanon. Thermo does make you loose weight apprently, and therefore it might hurt your gains with sust.
What do you guys think?
Also, I want to reduce my cardio a bit because I am tiring to put on some size. do you guys think 4/week around 20-25 minutes, is too little? Should I up that a bit?
