Cardio during test/dbol/primo cycle

Hi all,
Just wondering...I've heard a few things about 'doing cardio while cycling' - is it supposed to be bad for ya or something?

what ?? Why is it bad ? If you are bulking avoid cardio , if you are cutting , do it 5 x a week ....simple as this

Hi victor -
I heard it promotes heart hyperthrophy (since the heart is a muscle, it kinda makes sense...)

there has been a debate about this here a few months ago , but I think that the general consencous is that AAS would give you cardiomegaly no matter what , so I don't think some cardio would make it any worse ...but I am no expert by no means ...I could be wrong ... anyway when I cutting I hit the cardio even when using AAS ...that is what I do ....

If you can withstand the pumps from the Dbol you should be fine. My calves felt like they were going to explode after two minutes on the treadmill. You may not have that problem. Give it a shot.

Do you think moderate breast stroke swimming and side stroke for an hour 4-5X a week would work well for cardio rather than running or cycling(neither of which I enjoy, but I love swimming.) Also swimming doesn't seem to affect the legs and squatting like running does.

I don't see why not besides the fact that alot of swimming causes the skin to supposedly thicken to better keep the bodies temperature levels correct. Also the fact that you feel cool while swimming regardless of how hot you get or how hard you workout maybe could cause you to burn less fat than running since water conducts heat 25x faster than air.

Any thoughts. If the difference is minimal I'd take swimming any day of the millenium!

Swimming is awesome cardio bro. I wish my gym had a pool. Its getting pretty close to a workout I think as well, my shoulders always tire when swimming. I would keep intensity as light as you can when doing it.

Same shit though, swimming after an arm and or shoulder day is the same thing as running after a heavy squat day. Sometimes is feels as though you are hindering recovery. I prefer to do real life cardio, like mountain biking or swiming etc over hitting a treadmill. Its not so bad though if there is something good on TV, or I have some good tunes in the Mp3 player, and some hot scenery at the gym. lol
