just a quick one. How do you guys work your cadio into your regime? WHat i find that works best for me, is to not do any cardio at all for 3/4 of my cycle, bulk up, then throw it in near the end. Once my cycle is over, i keep doing cardio but pretty light, till pct is finished then i bump it back up. I find this way i still get some good gains while keeping bf in check if not lowering. what yall think?
