cardio after breakfast

I know the ideal on a cutting cycle is to take a fat burner then do cardio on an empty stomach. I simply can not do cardio without at least something in my stomach. I've been taking the fat burner along with my other morning supplements that include glutamine, ala, multivitamin, multimineral, vitamin c and vitamin e along with a breakfast of half a container of low fat cottage cheese. Fat = 5g, protein = 28g, carbs = 10g. Roughly 200 calories. I then run 3 miles and burn about 400 calories. Is it totally hurting my quest to lose fat to eat anything before cardio? Thanks.

well,.... after eating anything you will have to burn those cals before you begin to burn the fat. However, if you really cant do cardio on an empty stomach atleast you are eating smart. You will prob build up to it if you want to (cardio that is). Good luck!:)

Damn so not eat carbs before cardio....when cutting dont eat carbs 3 hours before you train ...eat protein....i am always on 60 % of carbs i am not against carbs.....if you eat protein before cardio i am telling you you will se results in 3 weeks

Bro I was doing the same thing and I couldnt handle running before I ate.But I stopped taking a fat burner before I ran and now it's all good.I wake up at 400 in the morning take like a 20 minute jog, or run sprints than go home shower have a bowl of cereal with strawberries and bananas. And than it's off to Dunking Donuts for my coffee with skim milk of cource.

While running on an empty stomach is the most ideal way to burn fat, it has to work for you to be effective! By simply adding cardio to your routine, you are burning more calories than if you laid around all day. Sometimes the old adage "something is better than nothing" rings true.
