When I eat low carbs I find that I don't sleep or need to sleep nearly as much as I otherwise would. I used to think it was related to stims, but I don't use them anymore and I still don't need to sleep much when eating low carbs. When I pig out, I sleep like a baby though. I'm guessing that this somehow may be related to insulin. Also, when on low carbs and doing lots of cardio, I find my sex drive goes way done. Anyone experienced anything similar?
