carbs for weight loss

Hey i been researching a lot of shit about cutting up my stomach and it seems that the general opinion is to cut the carbs instead of fat. My question is "is it better to cut carbs or fat" and what would be a good amount of intake for each?

I'm 5'7" 20 yrs old 150 and and about 12-14% body fat.

Im gennerally skinny but i would like to get more definition in my stomach before i go on my first cycle of dbol and sust at moderate doses.

Any diet opinions !!!!!!!!!!!!
thank you

I agree with the above sentiments. Your lack of definintion is more likely due to lack of muscle mass and muscle maturity more so than to having too much fat. The more muslce you have the more there is to see. This means better cuts and definition. You can cut away all the fat you want, but if there's no muscle underneathe it you will ultimately just be small, undefined, and flat with nothing to show. If you're "generally skinny" then put some muscle mass on your frame and forget about being cut tright now. It'll pay off in the end when you have something to show off when you are cut. Bulk now. You will likely notice your definition increase as your muscle mass increases.

That's some good advice there... Listen to the man! :D

Jesus, would some of you judgmental people answer the question already? I don't think they guy asked if he should bulk or cut, he asked WHAT he should cut..

In any case, It does not matter if you cut carbs or fat as far as fat loss goes. It's total cals that matters. Some guys cut carbs because they can't stop eating after one bowl of cereal.. It's up to you. Cutting fat can cause you to feel less full. Find YOUR combination.
