Carbs before bedtime, AS users!!

Carbs before bed(fibrous carbs are excluded) are one, extra overall calories not being burned up since your going to bed and 2, it induces insulin secretion. More if it's high glycemic and the more you take in of course. Insulin, although an anabolic hormone to muscle tissue is also anabolic to fat cells. Lastly, insulin also blunts the secretion of G.H. when you sleep and we all know G.H. helps to burn fat all the more. ;)
 
welp, during the day, your body is active and uses the energy from all foods, carbs included. durning the evening, when your body's activity is reduced or moreso when sleeping, your body will not use all the energy from say carbs and some will be stored as fat. when gaining i'll still carb up on the meal after my workout but when dieting i wont have any simple or complex carbs after about 8-9pm.
