So everyone says no carbs or low carbs after six! but if you use the carbs you eat today tomorrow y does it matter if you eat thme after 6? like i have crew practice fomr 5-6 i come home and have a plate full of spaghettie or something then a bannana in my protein drnk b4 bed! so if i use up all the carbs @ practice y would this matter?
