Anyone have some good info on this? What I've been able to find online has been extremely limited, and is usually part of an add. Anyways... I went a touch hypoglycemic last night about 3 hours after my insulin shot and was shaking pretty bad for awhile. The only thing different about my post-insulin meals last night was that instead of my normal protein, I had two opti-pro meal MRP's. I had PLENTY of carbs, so the carbogen in it is the only ingredient I can attribute this to. Did it simply break down the complex carbs I ate too fast leaving me with low blood sugar? Thanks bros...
