Im running a cycle of test cyp, eq, and now in week 5 incorporating tren. I have gained only 4 pounds going into week 6 my diet is excellent high in protein 300 grams a day about 3500 calories a day and under 50 grams of fat a day. i weigh 172 very lean and looking good but need size. now should i carb up every day with each meal or one day a week carb up like crazy. or do you think about now things will start just taking off because things are just really getting into my system.?
